This abstract painting is made with acrylic on canvas. The background of this work is made using rifle-green matte and metallic paints and has a chaotic texture, while the disk is made only with red copper paint and has a structured shimmering surface. Such a difference in textures gives a different direction of light spread, which creates a beautiful visual effect. The surface of the disk is made manually, with a brush, without using any special devices.
Size of the work: 70 x 70 x 2 cm; gallery stretched canvas is mounted on wooden stretcher frame. The sides of the canvas are part of the composition, so the painting is ready to hang without an additional frame.
