This mixed media piece is part of a collection of six similar artworks created by Tyree Davis aka DRED66 in 2001. The series was titled 'Contrasting Groove' and consisted of a collection of abstract and figurative art. From the six artworks, three were 
framed Museum Quality by the New York City establishment ‘Paris Frames’ on Amsterdam Ave, in the year 2001 and two out of the three works of art were sold shortly after framing in 2001.
 
This artwork is signed 'DRED66' in the bottom right corner on the front and in the back of the work.
